By accessing and using CheatGrid ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational Content

The content provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

3. Copyright and Ownership

All content, including but not limited to text, tables, graphics, and documentation, is the property of CheatGrid and is protected by copyright laws.

4. License for Personal Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view content for personal, educational, or internal business use
• Apply ideas, concepts, and general methods described in the content in your own work and projects
• Quote limited excerpts when reasonably necessary, provided you keep all copyright notices intact
• Share links to specific pages on the Service

You are not required to link to us or provide attribution merely for using high-level ideas or concepts. However, copying protected expression (such as substantial text, tables, layouts, or distinctive compilations) remains restricted under these Terms.

5. Paid Access, Billing, and Paywall

Certain content and features are available only through paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cadence, and checkout terms presented at purchase.

• Paid access is licensed to you only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential
• If auto-renewal is enabled for your plan, your subscription renews until canceled
• Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated at purchase
• We may suspend or revoke paid access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or material Terms violations

6. My Vault and My Vault Edit Mode

My Vault lets you save snapshots of rows from content you are permitted to access and, where included in your plan, rewrite saved row cells using My Vault Edit Mode. My Vault is provided as a convenience feature only. We may change, limit, sync, reset, remove, or discontinue any part of My Vault or any saved material at any time, including because of plan changes, source-content changes, account issues, abuse reviews, or technical events.

All CheatGrid content saved into My Vault, including saved rows, formatting, structure, and service-generated snapshots, remains CheatGrid content and does not become your property. To the extent you add, rewrite, annotate, arrange, or otherwise submit material through My Vault or My Vault Edit Mode, you grant CheatGrid a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, use, and retain that material for operating, securing, improving, enforcing, and providing the Service.

You must not use My Vault to store sensitive personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or unlawful or infringing material. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, disclosure, or failure to store My Vault content. My Vault content is part of the Service's licensed content environment and is not included in "Download Your Data" export.

7. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Scrape, copy, mirror, or reproduce substantial portions of the content
• Redistribute the content for commercial purposes
• Republish, sell, sublicense, or package our protected content as your own product
• Create derivative works of protected expression without explicit permission
• Remove copyright or attribution notices
• Use automated tools to extract or download content in bulk
• Use My Vault or My Vault Edit Mode to build, archive, or export a substitute copy of substantial portions of our protected content
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with any paywall, access controls, or security features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CheatGrid BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS MY VAULT CONTENT.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, AI technology and best practices evolve rapidly. We encourage users to verify critical information from official sources.
